Smarty - February Sock Puppet Craft

It's important that our kids are able to use their imagination, and what better way than playing with sock puppets! Here Suzanne teaches us how to make sock puppets with interchangeable faces to not only practice using imagination, but to help learn and identify emotions and expressions.

In this month's Smarty, we focus on the patterns and shapes using the the fun craft of potato print wrapping paper. Using paints and recycled brown bags, children can practice their patterning skills while making practical wrapping paper for the holidays.

Smarty - January Calendar Craft
