40:08 where can I start now that he is 19?
This is for next time Dr. Doreen is on :) I've been listening to your podcast for a while and I'm almost depressed that it wasn't around when my son was small.  He 19 now and I'm starting to feel regret that I never tried the interventions you talk about back when he was first diagnosed. I think I put all our eggs in one basket with the school therapies.  (ABA OT Speech) My question is where can I start now that he is 19? How would I find someone to help guide us in Worcester, MA... central Massachusetts? Is there a registry of Doctors that can help? Do we start with gf/cf? I know you can't give individual advice but in general, is that where people would try to start? Thanks so much for any input! Also, thank you for all that you do!

Hi Dr. Doreen, I will be moving to Chicago from UAE soon. I would like to know if a diagnosis from UAE qualifies for services in the USA or we have to get in line again.

If not, can when pay for a private diagnosis in USA and not get in line? I will be getting insurance with Cigna.
